MY SWINGURU & ADOBE AIR UPDATES - ISSUE WITH VIDEO DISPLAY

If/when Adobe AIR is displaying message that a ‘new update is available’ (My Swinguru 1.x)

• do not accept Adobe Air updates
• click on ‘Update later’

If you did update already and are experiencing dispaly issues when you launch My Swinguru it means your computer updated its Adobe AIR component to the latest version. Unfortunately this latest version of Adobe Air has a bug which arms the display of your swing videos as shown on this picture.

To solve this issue you have to uninstall this latest version and reinstall the previous version of Adobe AIR.

Uninstall current version of Adobe AIR

On your Windows computer go to :

• Settings -> System -> Apps & Features
• Select and click on  ‘Adobe Air’  in the Apps list
• Click “Uninstall“

Reinstall previous version of Adobe AIR

• Download previous version of Adobe AIR by clicking on this link https://mega.nz/#!wRVhRBCT!mE8TGAk4L6bVOobjXlUANbaJGvAnBANLDsrnCBUXTfs
• Click on ‘Download using your browser’
• Click on ‘AdobeAIRinstaller.exe’ in your downloads and follow the instructions

Once this is done, if/when it is suggesting to update

• Do NOT accept Adobe Air updates
• Click on ‘Update Later’
